Love you all, praying for you.
What do you do in those times of extreme work demands. Maybe a software release, or a major upgrade, or a project with significant time constraints – and everyone is working overtime, double shifts, or what coaches wives call – the entire season! When your normal schedule is usurped by demands of work, desires of excellence, or just obligations of the job? When PRISM times in the morning are scarce, and in the evening by the time you get dinner – you’re exhausted. I know PRISM is not a religion – it’s just relationship with your Heavenly Father – hearing His Word to you come alive in the Spirit. But what if I’m up against the wall at work and my spouse is needing to feel like they are important, not secondary - and my kids are needing attention. What do I do then? When things get busy – the first thing to go is your Daily Call – postponements become permanent – don’t let them. Maybe change to an evening slot – or even a 5 minute Daily Call – only what you wrote down – or one action, or one revelation from the LORD. The devil want’s to isolate you from overcoming testimony, so he’ll use busyness if he has to. He wants you to neglect the Word – so you are powerless, and he wants you to skip PiVAT before dinner – so you are directionless – chasing your tail, rather than following His lead. So what do you do in those seasons – when it seems you have no choice but to get through them? #1 PRISM is not a religion – it’s an opportunity and a privilege – It’s not a rule and regulation – it’s just an invitation. Maybe you can’t spend the hour or hours you used to in the Word – in a prior season of life - where you actually S.O.A.P.ed out a Praise the Word verse, a Read the Word Verse, An Insight from the Word verse, and even a Meditate on the Word verse that drew you – from your PRISM Topic today. Sometimes – the season does not allow for it. Maybe His Word can’t be your lingering and leisure, but is it your first choice? When you come home exhausted, do you choose Him first? Do you check with Him in PiVAT before dinner – even if you don’t eat dinner until 9:00 at night? Sometimes it’s not the time spent but the priority given – that honors Him in these seasons. Second – you always have drive time, commute time, or travel time. Listen to a Daily Huddle from a month ago - if it blessed you then, it will bless you again - His Word never fails to yield fruit. Listen to a PRISM Topic – His Word, or PRISM Topic – Speak Life. Keep your mind reviewing His Word – not only will it give you peace in the storm, it will give you wisdom for effectiveness, and strength for the journey. God can do in five minutes what you couldn’t do in 50 years. And you can be constant in prayer – constant in thanksgiving, constant in praise. Just have an ongoing conversation with God – whether you’re on the road, on the plane, waiting in line, every change of activity – just talk to the One who is always with you. He knows the season you are in – and the closer you move to Him – the more you will see Him move – He’ll move you! And He always moves you forward. Love you all, dad

Love you all, praying for you.
Do you know one thing I just love about God. He speaks! He doesn’t just speak to important people, famous people, accomplished people, incredibly talented people. He speaks to listening people. Whoever listens – He speaks to. He speaks through His Word – He speaks by the Holy Spirit in your spirit, He speaks in the night season, He speaks through other people, He speaks through situations, He speaks through donkey’s, He can even speak through your own mouth. Not your own mind, but your own mouth. He speaks in prayer, He speaks in His Presence, He speaks in PiVAT before dinner – every single day. He speaks through your PRISM time in His Word – every single day. He speaks through Godly friends, and Godly counselors, He speaks through nature, and He speaks through traffic jams. Picked up delivery trucks this morning - out the door at 6:15 pickup at 7 am back to the office at 7:45 – before the heavy traffic even hits. Ahh the best intentions. They Rental Truck company lost the keys to one of our trucks – so we waited an hour while they re-made them. This delay put us just in time to be in bumper to bumper traffic from the west side of Cincinnati all the way to I-71 North. As we were literally crawling – my mind was on so many things – praise and prayer and dreams and plans, thanksgiving, (no texting) just making use of the time the best I knew to honor God, and not letting temporary things get me upset as I watched the bumper of the car or truck ahead of me. When suddenly I get a call from Evan who was driving the second truck. “There’s been an accident on 71 North that is going to be red for miles. It’s re-routing me beyond the 71 North exit – to Montomery Rd – to Snider and re-entering I-71 North at a further point. So we changed course - took a different route, and soon we had circumvented the obstacle and were making progress once again. And God asked me a question. How soon do you realize the need for a change? How long does it take you to recognize there is change needed in your life or in your situation? A different direction, another route, a modification, a different road to take so you don’t continue in the same rut – or traffic jam you find yourself in. And if there is a better way – if God has a better way for you – how soon do you recognize that you need to ask Him? In the Old Testament the Bible describes the mighty men that came to make David King of Israel – who supported his reign, and secured his throne. I Chronicles 12:32 - from Issachar, men who understood the times and knew what Israel should do--200 chiefs, with all their relatives under their command; another version says – “who understood the best course for Israel to take.” These men were listeners – they didn’t allow themselves to just go through the motions, to continue following blindly in the same direction, they weren’t caught in the current - looking at the bumper of the car in front of them, or the back end of the horse in front of them. These were seekers – they were seers - they had elevated vision – they were seekers and finders. I always thought this applied to geo-political times – but seers, seekers, hearers, and obeyers sense God’s change of direction in all change needed times – geo-political, or family and personal. Praying that you will always lift your eyes above the traffic jam you are in – that you would be faithful in it, but also recognize when God is trying to divert you from it. That you would be faithful here – but open to there. Open to adjust, change course, try something new – if that’s what the Holy Spirit leads you to do. So that in every season, in every situation – you would sense and hear and obey the plans that your Heavenly Father has – for your good. He said He would lead you in the way best for you. Praying that you will listen, that His voice would be clear – and your response would be instant in season. Love you all, dad Love you all, praying for you.
Everything starts with thanksgiving. Has God been on a roll in your life? Has He blessed you again and again – like a flood? It’s time to give thanks. Write these things down – so you will remember – so a generation not yet created may praise the Lord. Are you in a season of dryness, a season of waiting, a hectic season – overwhelmed by demands of job or family or ministry or finances or obligations – It’s time to give thanks. Psalm 107:8 Let them give thanks to the LORD for his unfailing love and his wonderful deeds for men, for he satisfies the thirsty and fills the hungry with good things. Wow that statement is absolute truth. He satisfies the thirsty and fills the hungry with good things. Everything He has and does and is and says – is good. There are two kinds of thirsty and hungry. A result of lack or a result of taste. Some people are so hungry because they haven’t eaten all day – they are near starving. Some people are so thirsty because they’ve walked through the desert and are parched for water. But others are hungry and thirsty because they’ve gotten a taste and want more. It’s not that they completely lacking food or water – but that every time they get a taste it increased their desire for more. God says he satisfies the thirsty and fills the hungry with good things. It didn’t say he fills the hungry for good things – with good things… (Those people are just after the things.) It says He fills the hungry, the thirsty with good things. Like a little time in His presence (just a choice) creates a craving for more. Hungry and thirsty for Him, His presence, His mind, His truth, like a little boy who just wants to be with his Daddy – whether He’s in the living room, or the kitchen or the garage, or the backyard – he’s just hungry for his Dad – it doesn’t matter what they are doing – working on a project or throwing a ball – he just wants to be with his Dad. God says He fills the hungry (for Him) with Good things – the things which flow out of who He is. Praying that you are growing your hunger – by your PRISM time in His Word. Praying that you are growing your thirst – by your time in His presence – just in that atmosphere of worship where your focus is exclusively on Him. The more you become thirsty the more you will be satisfied. The more you become hungry – the more you will be filled. It starts with a taste. Love you all, dad Love you all, praying for you.
Have you ever faced something that was beyond you? Things not only beyond your control, but beyond your ability to even comprehend, or understand or discern. When everything hits you at once. And you feel that maybe some mistakes on your part may have increased what you are facing. That had you handled things better – perhaps you would be facing less now? And you get this acute sense of your great need for discernment. As you are diligently trying to figure things out the burden gets heavier. You’re trying to be diligent, not naturally minded. And there comes a time to just do it. But what is the it – that you should do - exactly? What comes first, and what comes next – and what shouldn’t even be on the table right now – the unimportant or less important things that try to usurp the place of the important – all of which can only be discerned through the Holy Spirit. Then Jibby my daughter says: "Dad, you always get an upgrade. Don’t fall back on old patterns, ask Him for an upgrade.” Are you facing loss, failure, struggle, challenge? If you are humble enough to obey no matter what and purposeful enough to choose His presence before anything else – you are just going from upgrade to upgrade. Matthew 11:28 - Then Jesus said, “Come unto me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. Jeremiah 33:3 - "Call to me, and I will answer you; I will tell you wonderful and marvelous things that you know nothing about. What the devil plans for our undoing – God plans for an upgrade. Praying that if you are weighed down by concerns – that you will come to Him – and let Him lift them. And as the burden lifts – He makes the way clear before you. The "do this" – becomes clear so you can do it now. And if you look around and look back – you will see that God has been providing for you all along. Giving His grace without measure moment by moment. The things to be thankful for – so far outweigh the present and passing challenge you face. As often is the case – it’s not only what you do – it’s how you do it. God will rescue you from this storm, He will speak to the wind and the waves, they will calm, you will come out stronger, clearer, and with victory in the storm, victory through the storm, and victory after the storm. Praying that you will seek Him first, His presence is where everything you need flows from. Love you all, dad Love you all, praying for you.
God reminding me. His truth always requires a response. Like the need for a child to verbally confirm and commit that they heard what Mommy said - and will do it. James 1:22 – Do not merely listen to the Word, and so deceive yourselves – do what it says! Some people’s ears and actions are disconnected, because their mouth hasn’t connected them. Have you ever asked God what action to take after reading something? or hearing something? Some people say – "OHH that’s good." They are hearers. Others then ask – "OK God – that’s for me – I receive it – what is the first step of obedience you want me to take?" They are obeyers. There’s an important truth about connecting hearing and doing. The first time you hear and don’t obey, you begin the deception of yourself – immediately. And before you know it – you are listening, but never obeying. Something done once is easier done again. Something neglected once is easier neglected again. So always ask God – whenever you hear something good. OK God – that’s for me – what is my first step? But in truth it starts before that! Commit with your mouth – and your actions will follow. That’s how you train yourself to instantly obey the very next thing God tells you. David did this. “I have inclined my heart to obey your Word. Before the heat of the moment, David was already preparing himself to obey. He was building up a storehouse of ‘obedience mindset.’ That’s how his actions became instant in obedience. It’s why God said of him – Acts 13:22 - I have found David, son of Jesse, a man after my own heart. He will do everything I want Him to do. David wasn’t born that way – He trained himself that way. He used his mouth to form his heart – after God. He used his mouth beforehand – to increase his obedience afterhand – in the heat of the moment – the moment of truth which rarely announces itself ahead of time – it just suddenly is upon you. Praying that PIVAT before dinner will not only bring you to seek and hear His plans for you for tomorrow, but that you will also speak to yourself ahead of time that you will be quick to obey in each hour. Praying that PRISM will not only transform your mind – but also transform your mouth – to fill your heart – so your actions always follow in the instant. So that you will never listen and don’t obey – (or think different) – than what God was just trying to tell you. So that you will never deceive yourself – but by speaking your obedience beforehand – you will so establish yourself in every Good thing that He has for you. Love you all, dad Love you all, praying for you.
Sometimes God is so direct - it’s brutal. Proverbs 13:4 - The soul of the sluggard desires, and has nothing: but the soul of the diligent will be made fat. Proverbs 20:4 – The sluggard does not plow by reason of the cold; therefore shall he beg at harvest and have nothing. As always the sluggard is them, not me… Sluggard – the slow kind… slow to hear, slow to perceive, slow to understand, slow to respond - the slow kind. Are you the slow kind? Sluggards are always sluggards – “by reason of.” They have a reason - They always have reasons… several of them – for not plowing. It’s too cold, it’s too warm, it’s too early, it’s too late. There’s a lion in the streets, I might get injured, I’d rather harvest than plant, I might get a sunburn, this might happen, that might happen. Here is a test. Anytime God tells you to do something – Do you do it? Or do you have a reason not to? When someone suggests you do something – Do you fully listen and consider? or Do you tell them your reasons not to? If someone tells you their first "by reason of" - before you even finish what you are saying... You know they have done it for a long time. If you yourself have told several people – the same list of reasons why you won’t, or can't, or why you are not doing something... Chances are you are the slow kind. The person God describes in His Word as a sluggard. What has God told you to do? (PiVAT before dinner) or PiVAT Weekly… What does God’s Word instruct (PRISM) that you are not doing. What have several people asked you about or God has prompted in you several times – that is not getting done – with no plans to begin, nothing scheduled. Just why I'm not... Are you a person who speaks of "what I really should be doing" "what I'm really going to do someday" I’m going to give someday, I’m going to tithe someday, I’m going to get out of debt some day, I’m going to do this – someday. What did God tell you to do – and what is your "cold outside?" What is your “by reason of?” You probably have several. Some people will never change. They will never get rid of their cold – they will never plow in season – it’s by reason of – their cold. The worst slavery is slavery of the mind – and the most prevalent. So what is the only answer? Repent (think differently) than the way you have been thinking. Get rid of the cold – get rid of all of the “by reason of’s” It’s your only chance, and your only hope. Don't let your mouth be your undoing. Think like God thinks, do what God says, learn to heed Godly counsel. You only do that immediately. Some people don’t heed counsel because they don’t get any. They never ask. Others don’t get any because Godly counselors know better – they’ve tried but all they get is your ‘by reason of’s’ – they’ve given up. There is no use even trying – you won’t listen. You are what Proverbs speaks of in 26:16 - The sluggard is wiser in his own eyes than seven men who can answer sensibly. That’s why people have given up trying to help them. They refuse to see and perhaps change. Others don’t heed counsel because they don’t even recognize they are getting it. It’s happening right now, but they are too hard hearted, deaf eared, or thick skulled to notice. All they think keep saying is why that can’t or shouldn’t, "it doesn't work that way" (as if they know) "it’s never worked before," or why "now is not the time, I'm waiting for... (the cold to go away)." Sluggards often use words like never and always – and they often speak of things as true – that are not, or are not every time. Praying for you – that when God speaks you will notice your ‘by reason of’s’ the moment they come out of your mouth - and face them head-on. That you will have the courage to reject them, and eject them. The next time you catch yourself saying why you won’t or aren’t – or really need to, or will do that someday, or why that won’t work, or why it’s never worked before... Stop and ask yourself. Is God trying to tell me something and I’m not listening? When it really is cold… Are you plowing or will you beg at harvest and have nothing? If you are so far gone you don’t even recognize your ‘by reason of’s’ just ask an obeyer friend for counsel – for any blind spot. Ask them to tell you your ‘by reason of’s.’ Have them listen to this podcast - and then tell you. If you assure them that you really want to know – and give them permission to speak into your life. They will tell you. Ask God first and also who to ask. He’ll tell you and confirm it. Praying that anything God told you to do that you are not doing – or to stop, that you are doing - that you would make an about-face – a complete and permanent change of direction from man's way to God's Way. Praying that you will completely reject every ‘by reason of’ for the rest of your life. Praying that you will get a whole new set of ‘by reason of’s.’ All the reasons why you will - do only, exactly, and quickly what He says and when. If you do, you won’t beg at harvest – you will bless. You will bless others out of the abundance that God gives. Love you all, dad Love you all, praying for you.
One skill I’ve developed over time – I notice shortfalls easily in others, much harder in myself. Maybe it’s just because I’m always looking out, not in. Especially with those Israelites – those guys! The Bible records their repeated disobedience time after time, very easy to see in those pages – less easy to see in me – when I do similar things – just the current version. Psalms 106:19 At Horeb they made a calf and worshipped an idol cast from metal. They exchanged their Glory for an image of a bull that eats grass. How aptly spoken. What utter stupidity, to worship as God something you made with your own hands. It’s less than you are! and you're powerless! How could it possibly deserve the worship which belongs alone to the Almighty? I would never do that! Make something myself and worship it, follow it, let it control me, obey it – Like God is supposed to be obeyed… Hmm God is to be worshipped, just like God is to be obeyed. You can’t do one without the other. I would never worship another – of my own making – like a bull that eats grass, but I can often obey something of my own making – self made plans, rather than God’s plans for me. Following (or obeying) the plans I have created is not that much different than worshiping an image I created. They're both worthless - both are a bull that eats grass. Both exchange their Glory – for something of their own making. Praying that PiVAT before dinner is your never miss habit. That you will resist the temptation to just make your own plans – and obey them, rather than seeking God’s plans - and obey Him. God calls this our reasonable act of worship - Romans 12:1. What plans we obey - God calls worship - presenting our bodies (what we do) to His plans – not anything of our own making – made with human hands. Praying that if dinner snuck up on you – and you forgot to spend that time with Him, that you would do PiVAT before bed tonight. Maybe just take a break right now… And seek Him – not only will He download His plans for your success tomorrow – As you write down the Testimony of Him in you – Your Glory – the One you worship and obey – you will remember and never forget so you obey, not rebel, so you grow and not lose heart or lose your way. And if PRISM was a little scarce today. just a hectic day... He’s still waiting – you don’t need to do hours more – but every part of PRISM that you come back to – gives Him the opportunity that He has been waiting for – to pour out His love for you! To give you understanding into the plans He has for your good! Love you all, dad Love you all, praying for you.
God challenging me today. What do you expect? God is good – He said it. See the PRISM Topic - God has good for you, He promised it. Is that what you expect? Do you remember when you were little, and Mom said we were going out to McDonalds for dinner when Daddy gets home. Milkshakes, French Fries, Playland, what could be better than that! The whole day was awesome – every time you thought of it, you couldn’t wait until Daddy gets home. You just expected the best, and your spirit was lifted – just thinking about it. God said He’s like that. Do you expect good from Him? He’s good. Or do you doubt it will happen. God tells us to expect and not doubt. James calls it double-minded. “That man should not expect to receive anything from the LORD, He is a double-minded man – unstable in all his ways. (James 1:7-8). God wants you to ask and expect, not doubt. There are some pre-requisites. Some hope, but doubt because they are not aligned with what brings God’s blessing. If you are sinning, if your lifestyle and wordstyle doesn’t match His Word, you can’t expect to get the blessings that He gives to those who keep His commands. If your words don’t line up with His Word – you just keep getting what you speak. God’s trying to bless you – but your words are talking you out of it – literally. Praying that you will soak in PRISM today and every day – come back to His Word. It increases your knowledge of Him, and your expectation. Every time He speaks something happens. Praying that you would do PRISM out loud – so when you speak – it’s what He speaks. Don’t expect in vain. If you’re sinning – it blocks His blessing, if your words are doubt – you’re unstable, if you are just asking Him for things to “spend on your own pleasures,” God’s blessing doesn’t flow on self-centered people. But if you are Praising, If you are humble (seeking and heeding counsel – from any source He sends) If you fear God and turn from evil, if you commit yourself with your mouth – and fully obey anything He tells you. You can expect the God of all good – to unleash His goodness in your life. You're going to McDonalds tonight - you can expect it! Praying that you will have high expectations today for His Good – great expectations. And finally – understand seasons. If you are coming out of a season of sin, doubt or slow obedience… maybe you sowed some bad seed and are reaping what you’ve sown – but now you are sowing good seed. Be encouraged. Don't despise small beginnings. If you don’t see results immediately – you might just be between harvests. Keep sowing seed of truth – with your Mouth in Praise, and your actions in obedience. Give time for God to bring the new harvest of the new seed you are sowing. And you can expect God’s Good to take root and overflow in your life. Praying that PiVAT has you hearing and obeying, that PRISM has you hearing and believing, and that your Daily Call has you always giving testimony and overcoming! Love you all, dad Love you all, praying for you.
Praise God – He always reminds us – His timing is perfect, His timing is purposeful, it’s strategic. God reminding me this morning. There are two things God tells you in PiVAT before dinner. Things to today today, and things to do every day. The things He tells you to do every day – will precede the thing He told you to do today. He has things for you to do today, so be sure you do PiVAT before dinner He just loves the relationship! Of all the things He told you to do today – there is the most important thing. You gotta get that... or it won't get done, and you'll be delayed rather than propelled. Of all the things He has for you – His purpose for each is the same. Progress. An advancement toward the goal or the end. A moving forward in growth. Increase, passage from place to place. Praying that you will listen to PRISM Topic – Progress. Of the things God told you to do today… they will either be something to begin, something to continue, or something to complete. If its something to begin – He wants you to get a strong start – that’s progress. If it’s something He wants you to continue – its so you make progress. If it’s something He has for you to complete today – He intends progress to completion. Praise God He has progress for you! Even the things He has for you to do every day… those things you do first thing in the morning - whether natural, like BRCBC – to steward the physical which he has entrusted to you, or spiritual – the things of heaven – the things of His heart – that He desires for you. He’s after progress – toward His glory and your good, for your own good. Praying that you will start each day on your knees – part of 8 Things You Can Do To Fear God… It’s a habit of humility, a posture of surrender, a physically expressed beginning of obedience. Let them that fear the LORD bless the LORD (Bless – baw-rack’- to kneel). In everything God has for you to do today – He has progress for you - a furtherance toward completion. Some things that He has for you have a specific end date – and other things will continue until He returns, or takes you home. He has PiVAT before dinner and PRISM for you every day for the rest of your life. It’s how He reveals His love for you, and confirms His will. Be sure you do it in the Spirit, not with your mind. His Word will stand forever – it will continue. What keeps you from progress? #1 Distractions – which become mis-priorities and #2 Lack Of Diligence; you did it, but not with all your heart or at the right time, for the full time… Praying that you will know the plans He has for you today – plans for your progress – whether things to begin, continue, or complete - or things He has for you every day to progress in. Praying that you will know and obey the time He has assigned to them. And praying that you will know and walk completely and whole-heartedly in them – “so that everyone can see your progress.” That’s where your testimony comes in – starting with your Daily Call. When God blesses obedience, it’s obvious, and then your testimony just highlights His faithfulness – putting the spotlight on Him – where it belongs. Praying that your progress and your testimony will put Him in lights today. Love you all, dad Love you all, praying for you.
Forever amazed at the timeless and practical wisdom of Proverbs. "Let the wise listen and add to their learning… Good advice. Praying that PRISM every day is adding to your wisdom, and that PiVAT is helping you hear God show you how to apply it. Proverbs 15:18 - A hot tempered man stirs up dissension, but a patient man calms a quarrel. The Word of God is always deeper than first glance. There is truth that goes beneath the surface. One would think this verse is about mediating between others, but it’s more than that. This is not just truth about others, but truth that applies to you. No one thinks of themselves as hot tempered, I’m just passionate. It’s funny how we phrase things sometimes. But how quickly are you irritated? How soon can someone or something get under your skin. If your temper is un-submitted, dissension always surrounds you. And before you calm quarrels in others – how effective are you at calming quarrels in you? What quarrel are you in right now? Why? What quarrel is a present opportunity? Proverbs 22:3 - … every fool is quick to quarrel. So if I quarrel a lot… Praise God, what we do isn’t who we are, if we recognize the shortfall, repent and turn, and let God’s grace enable the change. If you are in a quarrel, you lack patience. A patient man calms a quarrel. The first quarrel he calms is in himself – before it even begins. A patient man doesn’t quarrel. He’s patient. He listens, He seeks to understand before being understood. He listens to clarify, not to form a reply. He builds bridges not arguments. Patience – the fruit of the Spirit prevents disagreement from being a quarrel. Just because you disagree doesn’t mean it has to be a quarrel. Before you can calm quarrels in others, you must learn to calm quarrels in yourself. Most of the quarrels I run across - I’m in. So calming them in me before they begin– could eliminate a good percentage of them. And be careful when trying to help others, let God lead you. Every quarrel is not yours to calm, not all of them are your jurisdiction. Proverbs 26:17 - Like one who grabs a dog by the ears is a passerby who meddles in a quarrel not his own. Be sure if God is leading you to calm it, you don’t end up joining it. Of all the quarrels you could participate in – probably 70% are with your spouse, another 20% with immediate family members, and the last 10% with those around you. What if you just decided to calm the quarrels with your spouse and family? What if you just declined to participate. What if after listening and clarifying, you asked this question… Could we just agree to disagree? Wow, that might bring agreement, but that’s such an odd question. Maybe we could agree on the principle or the desired end result – but recognize two different ways of viewing it. Sure we could agree to disagree, but why would we want to do that? There’s power in agreement! Mathew 18:19 – Again I tell you, that if two of you agree about anything they ask for, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven. Praying that you will stand on principles, but defer on preferences. And when situations are viewed differently – that you would let God bring unity. Agreeing Prayer in any potential quarrel - would dissolve it instantly. Humility, consensus on the authority of His Word, and agreeing prayer – will bring agreement every time. So how does a wise person, a patient person, a fruit of the Spirit person calm quarrels? They start with their own. #1 Listen – Seek to understand before being understood. #2 Clarify, don’t form a reply #3 Overlook an offense (it adds to your honor) #4 See them as God does – with kindness and compassion, for their value to their owner – not their present behavior toward you… what God can help them become, not just what they are right now. #6 If it’s your spouse or family, Ask God what to ask for in agreement – in agreeing prayer. And #7 Forgive – choose to not hold it against them – (just like your Father has forgiven you). Praying for you - that you will daily seek God’s wisdom that gives you patience… and that patience will have it’s perfect work – so that you will calm quarrels beginning with yours, that you would pray in agreement, so that you will be complete – lacking nothing. Love you all, dad |
