Love you all, praying for you.
I’m so very thankful for PRISM – those five things you can do in God’s Word every day. It’s life changing – it constantly puts me in the place where God is speaking. I love that sometimes God hovers. Sometimes the Holy Ghost will have you in a circular pattern in one chapter or passage. It’s like you can’t move on until God is done. He keeps giving deeper revelation – clearer understanding – practical application. It’s not just something nice to hear – It’s what God is trying to infuse into your DNA – a pattern of thought – a habit of action – a change of nature and character. Praise God! Don't Forget - the two secrets to your PRISM time in His Word - #1 Always do PRISM in worship. The harp unfolds the riddle – always start and continue your PRISM time in His Word – with Praise – with worship. In that atmosphere – God moves. The Holy Spirit speaks, evil spirits flee, revelation comes easy, understanding comes quickly. And #2 Do PRISM Out Loud! Your mouth speaking His Word – is mission critical for it to become a part of you. God hovering with me recently. Psalms 112:7-8 He will have no fear of bad news; his heart is steadfast trusting in the LORD! His heart is secure, he will have no fear; in the end he will look in triumph on his foes. He will have no fear of bad news? Who? The first part of the chapter clearly states who… The one who Praises the LORD, Fears the LORD, Delights In His commands, Who is upright (straight, not crooked), the one who is gracious – whose words are kind, the one who is compassionate – who extends mercy and help to others, who does what is right, they are righteous, who conducts their affairs with justice, they don’t cheat people, they are givers. These are the ones this verse is talking about. He will have no fear of bad news. That means two things. #1 - He will not fear when bad news comes. When what everyone else was afraid would happen, finally happens – He will have no fear when bad news comes. His heart is secure, because his heart is steadfast – trusting in the LORD. The LORD has always been, is right now, and always will be His refuge - the first place He turns to. His trust is fully and completely in Jesus. What other people fear- will not come near the door of his house. What the devil intends for evil – Jesus turns into good. He has no fear when bad news comes. But there is another half of that promise. He will have no fear of bad news. Not only if it comes, but every time it might come – which is always – for some people. Many fear bad news that never comes, but they are still living continually in the fear of it. But this person, that this chapter is speaking of... this man or woman of God has no fear of bad news. They live in faith, in hope, in love and joy. They prosper in the abundance of God - they're obeyers! Even temporary loss or setback in the natural has no bearing or effect on the abundance they live in. They are seated in heavenly places with Christ Jesus. Their heart is steadfast, secure, trusting in the LORD – and they do it now – before any bad news comes. When times or good or bad, or uncertain – they are always certain. Praying that PiVAT before dinner will have you walking in obedience. It’s a protection for you! Praying that PRISM will be your bedrock daily commitment – the habit what reveals the wisdom, the plans, and the goodness of God for your life. Praying that you are walking daily with someone in a Daily Call – overcoming with them by the blood of the Lamb and the Word of your Testimony. Praying that you Fear Not – and never Fret – but today and every day - put your trust in the LORD. Love you all, dad
